15.0R - Documentation Checklist

FreeBSD 15.0R will remove freebsd-update(8) and transition to having the base system built into packages. These are the docs which need to be updated before the FreeBSD 15.0R release due to this change.

Fortunately most of these are past relnotes, errata, and news items. Unfortunately, everything that needs updated has ? translations.
