August 23, 2004: Temporarily removed src5/bin-dd.patch since the new 'fillchar' flag leaves no space in a 32-bit flags word for my two new flags, 'noread' and 'nowrite'. The src4/bin-dd.patch is still available in the src4 collection.
August 12, 2004: Removed src4/portversion-m.patch after the MFC of the new pkgtools, where pkg_version(1) is written in C.
August 04, 2004: Updated src5/usr.bin-make.patch to catch up with Harti Brandt's changes to make(1) in -CURRENT.

July 12, 2004: Caught up with recent changes to make(1) in RELENG_4; most prominently, removed the manpage date update from src4/usr.bin-make.patch.

June 28, 2004: Temporarily removed usr.bin-cut.patch until I find the time to merge tjr's multibyte handling changes.
June 16, 2004: Removed lib-libc-gen-dlopen.3.patch after actually committing the fix to both the -CURRENT and -STABLE branches.
June 02, 2004: Added the "full-depends-list" target to ports/Mk-bsd.port.mk.patch.

May 31, 2004: Added src5/lib-libc-gen-dlopen.3.patch (and src4/lib-libc-gen-dlopen.3.patch for RELENG_4) to correct the search order description in the dlopen(3) manpage.
May 20, 2004: Added src5/etc-iface-rename.patch to allow interface renaming on boot.
May 20, 2004: Added src5/sbin-ifconfig-hwmatch.patch to allow ifconfig(8) to match interfaces by link-level address.

April 14, 2004: Caught up with the sys/conf/options changes in RELENG_4 in src4/sys-consquiet.patch and src4/sys-syncdelay.patch.

April 13, 2004: Fixed up src5/usr.bin-make.patch to actually patch the files in the src/usr.bin/make/ directory. Also, removed the 'modified date' tweak after Warner's copyright advertising clause removal. Fixed the src5/bin-date.patch manual page synopsis to catch up with recent changes.
April 06, 2004: Removed src4/bin-ps.patch (add an -R option to display only processes contributing to the load average) because of the ps(1) recent total overhaul. Remove src4/share-termcap-termcap.src.patch, since it was MFC'd some time ago.
April 06, 2004: Updated src5/usr.bin-make.patch to catch up with Ruslan Ermilov's header sorting changes.

March 18, 2004: Updated lots of RELENG_4 patches to catch up with current events: usr.sbin-pw.patch (the -H encpass argument) was committed by iedowse@FreeBSD.org in a slightly different form, and src4/etc-make.conf.patch and src4/iha-sys-conf.patch were missing some fuzz.
March 8, 2004: Updated src5/bin-dd.patch and src5/sys-syncdelay.patch to catch up with the recent changes to dd(8) and src/sys/kern/vfs_kern.c respectively.
