New Prototype Reports
- The PRs Recommended For Evaluation report was kind of overloaded to mean "hard PRs that seem to have achieved consensus" and "easy PRs". There is now a separate report for the easy PRs.
- PRs containing code for new device drivers
- PRs referencing other BSDs
