So far, we have relied on a team of people to do all that work via email and IRC (on #freebsd-bugbusters on EFNet).
- Whenever we run a bugathon, a lot of people show up and ask how they can help.
- Several have become GNATS experts.
- However, so far we have not been able to figure out how to effectively use the volunteers who are not familiar with FreeBSD internals.
One approach may be to create a set of pages to walk Joe User through the submission process. These would serve the dual purpose of providing new volunteers an introduction to the process.
