Conclusions
- We have people willing to help us on the triage and QA tasks. The current tool is a barrier to getting them involved. Creating more states will help.
- Creating more states will also make it much clearer which PRs are ready for committer evaluation, which will make searching and browsing the database less painful.
- We have a long way to go, but we are much better off than we were during the 5.X timeframe.
