A Prototype Corresponding To The Chart

Here is a screenshot of a skeleton prototype based on Jira. (Note that Jira's terminology is that there are high-level Categories of Projects, each of which has Components. Their Projects correspond to our current categories; their Components correspond to our tags.)

If you combine the first of the above with categories for ports and documentation, it allows you to start visualizing things better. After that, you can think of augmenting it with things that we do not model as well.
