How New-Port PRs Are Handled
Any Ports Committer can 'take' the PR
Responsibilities:
- Make sure the port fetches, compiles, installs, deinstalls
- Has no security problems
- Must set RESTRICTED Makevar if license does not allow redistribution
- Handle the PR in a timely fashion
Guideline: new ports now need to have a listed maintainer
