I'm thinking on doing a Gstreamer chapter for the porters handbook. I just
have a few questions so I don't have to rewrite it later on.

My idea is to a introduction on how the USE_GSTREAMER macro should be used. And 
following that a list off all the available plugins, and a example. Apart from 
this I can't think of anything else that need to be mentioned. 

Because we have Gstreamer 0.10 and soon Gstreamer 1.0, I was wondering how to 
display this. The idea I'm currently having is to have a table with the first
colom how the 0.10 plugin is named, the second colom the name of the 1.0 plugin 
and then the third colom the description of the plugin. Yes plugins can change 
name between the 2 series.

I would like some feedback on this idea. Also I was thinking of putting it 
between de x11 and gnome chapters. Which might not be a good place for this, 
I'm open for suggestions on any of these points.

When I have a patch I will ask for a proper review, before commit.
