An architectural discussion focusing primarily on the FreeBSD kernel and
related changes in userland.  For example, the KSE changes involve changes
in both userland and the kernel.  New ideas for the future will be
addressed, as well as plans for the upcoming 5.0 developer's snapshot.

Other Notes

- Assuming that we can get a network connection at the meeting room, the

  commentary of the meeting as well as take questions from those not
  physically present.
- Conference call dialin will be available, but an RSVP is required so
  that enough ports can be reserved, and so as to receive dialin
  information.
