There are some example configuration files in the i4b ftp-distribution available for this setup, they are ppp-isdnd.rc as an example for and /etc/isdn/isdnd.rc file, ppp.conf and ppp.secret as examples of ppp(8) configuration files to be placed into /etc/ppp.
