Hello everyone,
I am pleased to join the project as a ports committer and would like to introduce myself to you.
My name is William Grzybowski, brazillian (despite the english name and polish surname :), 24 years old, living in Curitiba. I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have been working as a software developer for about 5 years now.
Since college the whole open source idea fascinated me, I started using GNU/Linux and not much time later someone introduced me to FreeBSD, but just a couple years ago that I really got into it after getting invited to work in FreeNAS [1] on behalf of iXsystems. Now I use it as my desktop, workstation, media center, you name it. I would like thank everyone in iXsystems that taught me a lot about this incredible OS and the commiters that handled several PRs of mine in the last couple years (culot@, delphij@, lippe@, rm@, etc)
I will be mentored by culot@ and jpaetzel@, needless to say I’m very thankful for this opportunity.
