Hi David,

I reviewed your recent x-ray, which does show some slippage between the bones at the junction of the lumbar spine and sacrum. I've included a copy of the radiologists' report below my signature block and I concur with their interpretation.

Based on these findings, it's quite possible that your leg pain is coming from a pinched nerve at the L5-S1 level, so I'll leave it up to the spine physicians to evaluate you and determine the best way forward.
