	- Split portlint.pl into seperate files to allow me to locate
	  functions faster.
	- most things are probably broken now, but this should be fixed soon
	- add function registration routine to allow functions in seperate
	  files to automaticly be added to the list of things portlint checks

	- sync with bsd.sites.mk
	- merge in lots of code from portlint2.  most of it unchecked for
	  usefulness, but I hope to get all the checks done soon so I don't
	  need to update 2 portlint versions which are most likely out of sync.
	- I don't have much free time so if anyone wants to contribute 
	  feel free to send me patches / updates

	stay away from doing too much with Makefile right now

	also, beginning code for creating patches started
