Workflow: User Submission: 4
The following questions might be ones to ask:
- Is this a new, or existing, installation?
- Is this a failure, or a feature request?
- What part of the system does the problem seem to be in?
- Is the problem seen every time, or only occasionally, or under load?

When did the problem first occur?
- upgrade (e.g. regression)
- new hardware
- never tried to use xyz before
- Do you have a dmesg and a stack trace?
- Do you have a test case for this problem?
- Do you have a patch for this problem?
