Need for human eyes to process results
- Can't upload packages automatically because some builds are useless
  - catching CVS at exactly the wrong time
  - transient failures such as NFS problems or network timeouts
Humans are excellent at filtering out false positives: algorithms, less so.
Builds must be manually restarted in case of problems
