What's The Current Status?
Some PRs are handled fairly well:
- ports PRs. This is helped by Edwin's autoassigner, and portsmon's email reminders.
- doc/www PRs. This is possibly because there are a smaller number.
Others aren't:
- kern PRs. (Let's discuss this at length.)
- bin PRs. Same problem as kern, plus we simply don't have enough people working on bin in the first place.
- conf PRs. Same as bin.
- usb PRs. This is because this system is in limbo (everyone is waiting for the "new system" to be imported).
- arch-specific PRs. In general our users do not understand the purpose of these categories. Mostly they are filled up with "I can't install FreeBSD" problems.
The other categories are in the noise.
