Finished translation projects:

• articles - started the section with the translation of contributing + version-guide
• fdp-primer - complete chapters 5 - 10
• handbook - complete chapters 10, 29 and 31, large parts of chapter 9, 15 and 19
• developers-handbook - chapter 10

Ongoing translation projects/efforts:

• Maintain the german version of the FreeBSD.org website.
• Close doc/www-PRs and fix other www stuff from time to time.
• Coordinate the German translation efforts a little bit.
