IPMI on HP LH6000

The LH6000 is a IPMI 1.0 device.

The following exceptions apply to the LH6000:

• The SMIC address is at 0x44a9.
• Sensor devices do not register as disabled in the SDRs, do not have the 'sensor scanning enabled' bit clear, and do not have the 'Disable if associated Entity is not present' flag set.  Any attempts to query them will return code 0xcb (sensor is disabled).
• FRUs are separate IPMI controllers and need Send Message commands to access.
