READ THIS CAREFULLY

[application_name] requires a secondary location on the web server from which it can serve plain files, such as .css style sheets, static images, and automatically generated images and html content.

This could be a little tricky so I'm going to help directly with this.

In order to set this up, I need two pieces of information, the location on disk ( so I can actually write the files ), and the web location ( so I can generate links and image tags to point to it ). I've guessed some values for you to start with, based on what I can tell about your web server.

Location on Disk
The value in the field below is the what the web server I'm running on claims is the document root. This should mean that [root_http]/index.html would be served from [root_filesystem]/index.html. Now assuming you won't give the script user ( [web_user] ) write access to the root of your website, you'll want to add one subdirectory to it, probably something like [application_codename] ( which I've done for you below by default ). Don't put a trailing slash on the end.

Location via HTTP
The value I've set in this field is what the webserver claims is it's address, or at least the root of it. Again, the same subdirectory or path should be added to it. Again, don't put a trailing slash on the end.

Not so fast!
Before you hit the Continue button below, you should make sure the web user has permission to write access to it, or to create it if it doesn't exist already. This probably means that you are going to need to change the permissions on the directory so that anybody ( in particular me, [web_user] ), can write to it.

Once you think permissions are ok, hit Continue and I will try to test the information you have given me.
