To use these databases, you need to have bmf installed (ports/mail/bmf).

1. mkdir ~/.bmf
2. cd ~/.bmf
3. fetch http://people.FreeBSD.org/~seanc/bmf/goodlist.txt.bz2
4. fetch http://people.FreeBSD.org/~seanc/bmf/spamlist.txt.bz2
5. bunzip2 goodlist.txt.bz2 spamlist.txt.bz2
6. bmfconv -i
7. rm -f spamlist.txt goodlist.txt

If it hasn't already been done:

1. Edit your .mailfilter or .procmailrc file to incorporate bmf into the message delivery process.
